Each of our spacious 45 bedrooms have been designed and created with your lifestyle and comfort in mind. The Restaurant offers a menu selection that reflects Scotland's wonderful local ingredients or relax in The Bar. The Leisure Club offers an indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna, a substantial steam room and an invigorating jacuzzi.
Kinross can be found just off junction 6 on the M90 providing easy access from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Perth. With two hotels in Kinross you'll be spoilt for choice. Both hotels are ideally located just off the M90 Jct6 giving easy access from Edinburgh, Perth, Fife and central Scotland.
