Ballathie House Hotel is situated on the beautiful River Tay, just north of Perth and is ideally located in the heart of Scotland. From the moment of arrival onto Ballathie’s glorious tree lined drive, you know this is the beginning of something special. The spectacular 4* Scottish Country House Hotel is the perfect escape and inspirational location to invigorate your team, whether you require a venue for a small informal meeting, team building exercise, formal conference, incentive event or product launch, Ballathie can accommodate them all.
Every one of the 25 bedrooms in the Main House are unique with spectacular views while the 16 Riverside House rooms have either a patio or balcony looking over the River Tay. For the outdoor enthusiasts they have 12 Sportsman’s lodges. Scotland’s countryside provides the hotel with an abundant larder too. Venison from the hills, game from the woods, prime beef from lush pastureland, fresh fruit and veg, and life’s essential spirit, whisky from pure spring waters. And, while they wouldn’t like to make too much of a meal of it, they are quietly proud of our two AA Rosettes.
