How it works

Teams pit their wits against a circuit of tricky three-dimensional challenges. At the start of each challenge, a volunteer umpire drops back from the outbound team to monitor the inbound team. Once the time is up for that task, the umpire scores the competing team according to seven performance criteria, and as a twist - the umpire is also scored by the team (with each team holding five 'integrity stones' to award to umpires at their discretion).

After a rotation of the five physical problem-solving tasks, teams declare their total score plus the number of 'integrity stones' gathered. From this, the winners will emerge.

Our Integrity experience poses questions around values and a sense of 'what's right' through the challenges. The challenges themselves are taxing and well thought out to provide opportunities to see how both the challengers and the umpires react.

Integrity is an engaging platform to analyse communication, leadership, develop agile teams, and highlight individual personality traits. Integrity also presents a safe context to orientate appropriate behaviour, examine company culture, create pro-active discussion, and prompt cohesive team decisions.

We’re also proud to note that the ingenious task equipment we use is hand crafted by a Bavarian business offering gainful employment for people with disabilities, which we believe may also align with your CSR initiatives.

The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change.

Collaboration

Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.

Leadership

Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games. Our interactive games mimic real-world scenarios but with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
