The Solution

The Crystal Challenge was chosen as a perfect fit for the Sky sales team as it is a highly competitive experience that can be set up within as little as thirty minutes. At the Village Hotel in Warrington, the sales team had to master mental, physical and skill-based challenges designed to enhance group co-operation with the colleagues working together to gain crystals to give them precious time in the final challenge - the 'Crystal Dome'. The fast-paced, high-energy experience got the sales team up and moving after what had been a busy couple of days. Sky has since rebooked multiple events with Team Challenge Company.
