How it works

In the One Voice experience, participants begin with a physical and vocal warm-up, guided through engaging exercises that stretch both body and voice, breaking down inhibitions and energising the group. As they relax, they start to learn the melody of the song in a welcoming environment, supported by on-screen visuals or song sheets to guide them. The facilitator ensures everyone feels comfortable with the vocal line, pitched to suit all voice ranges, making it inclusive and enjoyable.

As confidence grows, participants are split into groups to learn different sections, like the verse or chorus, with harmony elements. This collaborative process brings the team together as they harmonise, adding depth to their shared sound. The experience is designed to boost team morale and encourage self-expression, creating a space where each person contributes to a common goal.

For the finale, the team comes together to sing the entire song, showcasing what can be achieved through teamwork and open expression. Optional remix versions of the backing track add an exciting twist to the performance. The experience ends with a powerful shared moment that participants can take away, celebrating the combined achievement of finding their "one voice" together.
